Host an auction party!
'Tis AUCTION SEASON and Alice Carlson needs your help!
We are in need of auction party hosts! Parent parties, family parties, and kid parties! All the parties!
If you are interested in hosting or partnering with others to host a party, please let me know! I am happy to connect people.
Reminder, these parties do not have to be extravagant, just an opportunity for families to enjoy each other and to raise money for our sweet school.
Deadline to register to host a party is Monday, March 3rd. All parties should be held between May 2025 and March 2026.

Auction is Saturday, March 29th at Ridglea Country Club, 3700 Bernie Anderson Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76116. This is a great way to earn volunteer hours! All help is greatly appreciated! Anyone is welcome to sign up for multiple shifts. If a time slot you are looking to volunteer at is full please feel free come help still, just reach out to Storey Crabtree or Nicole Duvall. Your Auction Committee is busy procuring donations from local businesses to offer some amazing items for you to bid on at Auction.
Do you have something that we could auction off?
Remember, 100% of auction proceeds go to support our school.. If you have a vacation home you can donate for a week or weekend, let us know! If you own a business and want to donate an item while highlighting your business, let us know!

Fort Worth Zoo Run Volunteers
Alice Carlson PTA partners each year with the Fort Worth Zoo to help supply volunteers for their annual zoo run. In exchange, the FW Zoo generously donates a zoo overnight party to our Auction.
We need 50 volunteers to sign up and help at the zoo run on the morning of
April 5, 2025.
