Earlier this year we asked you to complete this School of Excellence survey.

Based on the feedback received, our PTA identified a focus area and set goals to improve upon that area.

As the school years comes to a close, we ask that you please complete this survey again. We will compare the beginning of year responses to end of year responses to see if the changes implemented made an impact.

Our findings will be submitted to the National PTA in hopes that we'll earn the National PTA School of Excellence again this year, and keep our streak alive!
